Continuing Care Communities
Brookdale Senior Living’s Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) allow residents to age in their place, without the need to relocate when health issues arise. Independent living is the preferred care option, but all CCRCs include assisted living and skilled nursing so residents can move from one level of care to the next within the same community. Some CCRCs offer memory care or home health care services.

Brookdale Senior Living offers hospice services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Innovative Senior Care (ISC). ISC hospice services are provided by doctors, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual counselors, therapists, and trained volunteers.
